One of the reasons I like Guyana is because they have a lot of holidays . Today is actually an international holiday celebrating workers (mostly government workers). Anyways it's very healthy and important to always take time to rest. The body is not made of stone and can always break down. Take time out to spend quality time with your Family and Friends, relax, treat yourself, always remember we have only one life and let's live it for Jesus and also take care of ourselves.
